Contact Us form

    Hi,

    I have a WordPress site using Contact Form 7 and when you submit the contact us page for the user it looks like it keeps loading. We still receive the contact enquiries but to the user it looks like it doesn’t send.

    Does anyone know how to resolve this?

    Hi there, you’ve posted to the support forums for free websites hosted by WordPress.com

    If you have an upgrade on a WordPress.com website, please first log out of this account and then log back in with the account that owns the upgrade and then post to the contact form at https://wordpress.com/help/contact

    If you need help with a site using the open source WP software, head over to https://wordpress.org/support/ where you’ll find documentation and users who have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page. In case of the Contact Form 7, best to contact the plugin author directly.
