  I cancelled the plan to which I subscribed by mistake.
  However, the amount was paid through my credit card.
  How can I contact WordPress?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The truth is that I’d appreciate to create my website but
  – the plan should correspond to a website and not a blog
  – I also need an invoice (I can provide my VAT number at a later stage)
  – I don’t want “wordpress” to be mentionned on the site address

  We use the words ‘blog’ and ‘website’ interchangeably on WordPress.com. Whether you site feels more like a blog or website mostly depends on two things.

  1. Which theme you choose.

  2. Whether your homepage is a static page or displays your latest posts.

  – I also need an invoice (I can provide my VAT number at a later stage)

  The .wordpress.com part of your site’s address can be removed by registering a custom domain:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-domain/

  To register a domain, you will need an upgraded WordPress.com plan. Each paid plan includes a free domain credit which you can use to register a new domain or map one you already own.

  I need help confirming my new site. I keep getting a message that my site is in danger of being shutdown because I have not confirmed via email. I reqested the proper link be sent and the message says its been resent but I havent recieved that email to confirm.

  (email visible only to moderators and staff)
