Hi. I’m looking for contact information on a WordPress site owner. I’ve been to the site and there hasn’t been an update since 9/2016 and there is no contact information available. I would like to purchase the domain name, but don’t know how to contact the owner. How do I find them?

We cannot provide contact details for any account on WordPress.com under any circumstances, with the only exception being if we received a court order for that information.
If this is for a site hosted on WordPress.com, try leaving a comment or if the site has a contact form submitting that, and hopefully the site owner still monitors the email address where notifications for those go. But beyond that there’s nothing we can do in this case.
Site addresses are not recycled due to inactivity, and we will never transfer ownership of any WordPress.com site except at the current owner’s request.
