Contacting billing with no login details

  I’ve had an attempted payment that must relate to another account of mine. I don’t know what the website is and I’ve received no emails so I’ve got no access to anything to do anything about it. Help! I don’t use the website anymore so I just want to get some help to close it all down but I can’t do anything.

  It sounds like you aren’t able to sign in to the account in question. In that scenario, the best thing to do is provide the transaction details to us through the contact support link. That is on the right hand side of the page at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/
