Contacting someone at this site

Wordpress just autorenewed a domain I didn’t want autorenewed, and I can’t find any way to call or email or chat or anything with someone there, just this link to the forums. Does anyone have any idea how to get in contact with customer support? This very frustrated and annoyed customer would be very grateful.

What is the domain URL? I would be happy to assist you in canceling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.

We can help with this cancellation and refund, but in order to be able to do that we need the request to come from the owner of the domain. It can’t come from you while you are logged in as @anonforawhile
