Is there a way to speak with customer service over the phone prior to purchasing a plan? I do not want to spend money on the wrong plan.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • Hi there,

We do not offer phone support, no, but we’re happy to help you here. Can you tell us a bit more about what you’re planning to do with your site, and what features you think you’ll need? Then we can advise you on which plan would be the best fit for your needs.

Also note that you can upgrade from one plan to another at any time, and you’ll receive an automatic discount based on the unused time of your existing plan, so you’re not locked into a particular plan until it expires.

I am a work at home compnay and I offer a service. I currently h ave a site that is not wordpress so when my clients fill out applications and sign contracts I have to sent them to other sites such as; concordnow and zoho forms. I want to be able to have them stay on my site when they do this as well as have it automated and a chatroom or chatbot other than facebook. I also want to be able upload video tutorials and have a private member sections for them to view their documents. I do not like slow loading I am looking for something that loads at a blink of an eye without spenind alot of money. I was looking at the premium plan for $8 but hen when I tried to use the plugins it said I had to upgrade to business but, premium is on the business side. I do not mind spending $96 but $300 is a bit much. Oh, did I mention I want wordpress?

Do you also host the site or does someone else?

  • Do you also host the site or does someone else?

That’s all us :) We take care of your hosting and provide support. Regardless of how big your site grows, we will still host it at that price.

Are you able to share a link to that site? It’d be great to take a look at what you’ve got set up now.

You will need the business plan in order to add plugins to the site. There’s a 30 day refund window after purchase too. So, if you don’t love what you have, we will be happy to send the money back. I think you’re going to be happy on the business plan and get comfort in knowing you’ve got access to 24/7 live chat support whenever you need something or have a question.
