Contacting WordPress– why is it so hard?!?!?!

  Why the *!*!U&#&@ @ can’t I find a place to contact WordPress? WTF????

  Does someone have an email address for them? Bad service!

  This is the peer support forum. You post here and we Volunteers then resolve you issue. If we can’t do that we flag the thread for Staff attention and they assist.

  Please state very clearly what it is that you need help with and I’ll be happy to help.

  P.S. If you think that good service amounts to Staff sitting at the end of phones and providing the support we Volunteers can provide, or the answers to questions that have been answered many times over and which can be found in support documentation or in forum threads then we will have to agree to disagree.

  have been answering questions here for 6 3/4 years and that means I have been answering support questions for wayyyyyyyyyyyy longer than most Staff members have even worked here have so feel free to post what you need help with.
