Contacts form not sending email: error message with red box

I have been using my current contacts form successfully for years. No changes have been made, but it is now not submitting emails. There is an error message with a red box.
I have checked with the email hosts, updated all plugins related to email, checked the form and email address.
I can’d find anything wrong and don’t know what to try next.

What’s the URL of the site with the problem?

The form on that page was created using the Contact Form 7 plugin, so we don’t have any control over how it works.
