Content after transferring my domain

Hi, I’ve just switched my domain from GoDaddy to Squarespace but I had not moved my content to Squarespace as I thought it would be stored in WordPress. Is there any way to retrieve my posts?

To clear up any further confusion, there is WordPress.com and WordPress.org, and they are two different entities.
We, WordPress.com, are a cloud-based platform where we manage WordPress sites, whereas WordPress.org is stand-alone software that you can download and self-host with any other hosting.

If your site was hosted here, on WordPress.com, changing the domain wouldn’t affect the content. On self-hosted sites, though, it works differently.
As @staartmees mentioned, you’ll want to contact your host or post to community forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/.

Thank you for your replies. My site was hosted (and is still hosted) on GoDaddy and I’ve just contacted them today – they say that I should be able to retrieve the information that I need, given that I still have a valid hosting account. When I log into WordPress.com, I am able to see that I have published 109 entries, but am unable to see any of them. “No posts found.”
Could I get some help please?

Your site wasn’t hosted on wordpress.com. if you didn’t make a proper backup or Godaddy doesn’t have one, I’m afraid all of your content is lost.
