Content below each post (author, category, date, etc) — how edit what's there??
-
If you look at the ‘live demo’ of Independent Publisher, you have manipulated the content below each post. For example, the category is displayed in here and I can click on it and get to a new page w/just that category. (https://independentpublisherdemo.wordpress.com/category/literature/)
I am trying to edit my site (shanefast.wordpress.com) b/c it doesn’t look nearly as clean as this and is far less helpful. I can find nowhere in the help section leading me to how to edit what appears below my post on the main page.
Any help?

Hi,
The manipulation that you refer to is simply assigning a category to a post. The archives page https://independentpublisherdemo.wordpress.com/category/literature/ is a category page. Such pages are created automatically when assign categories to posts. See the Category Pages support page.

Thanks — I noticed it eventually pushed it through and worked properly. Not sure why it wasn’t at the time I posted, but glad it is now.
