Content not updating

    Hoping someone can help me.
    Suddenly, I cannot get WordPress to update my site. In the Admin, everything looks good, I can make changes to pages, or Menus, it says page updated or Menu saved, and the revision history updates to the latest version as well, but when I click on the “View Page” link, or visit the page on a separate browser window, I still see the old version.
    I have obviously refreshed the page, Used CTRL+F5, and tried various browsers, but all to no avail.
    I have been using WP successfully for more than 10 years, and this is the first time I have had this problem.

    The address is http://www.martin-thomson.co.uk. The first word under the title has lots of extra “cccc”s added to the end of it in the admin, and the Contact menu item reads Contactttttttt in the admin, but neither show up.

    The host I’m with recently had an “Upgrade”, which has stopped various other functionality (so actually a “Downgrade” for me), Could that be the issue? They say no, and suggested I come here looking for help.

    Any ideas?

    Your site is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the self-hosted version of WordPress and it is hosted elsewhere.
