  Hello.
  I want to build a new site for our music publishing company. How would I organise the contents of each book, say, ten separate pieces, and provide sound and pdf samples for each one?

  Hi there,

  We don’t have specific advice on how to create a site like that since we don’t have direct experience in the publishing industry. On WordPress.com you do have the option to embed a PDF document on any page or blog post on your site, which you can do by following the steps here: https://wordpress.com/support/embedding-a-pdf-file/

  Same for music as well, we offer several options for embedding a audio file directly into a page or post: https://wordpress.com/support/audio/

  Generally speaking I would say you can make each piece it’s own page on your site, and then you can add an audio file and PDF to each page. These pages could be organized in your site menu in drop-downs, for example. Do you happen to have any sites (does not have to be WordPress) that you are drawing inspiration from or trying to emulate?

  I think an example like that would help us to guide you further if you happen to have one we can refer to.
