Continue reading missing on some posts

  I have been working setting up a menu and categories drop down option to help group my blog articles by category and out of the blue one of the posts lost it’s “continue reading” link and I can’t figure out what is going on to get the link back. The only place it is showing up right is on the main blog page. Everywhere else the link doesn’t show on the one post but the others it does. Any ideas?

  We have several ways of splitting content http://en.support.wordpress.com/splitting-content/
  See “the more tag” http://en.support.wordpress.com/splitting-content/more-tag/

  The only place it is showing up right is on the main blog page. Everywhere else the link doesn’t show on the one post but the others it does. Any ideas?

  “right is on the main blog page” is exactly how “the more tag” is designed to operate.

  Any ideas about why do the other posts show the link in all the other areas but this one does not?

  btw…I used the more tag button to add the link on all the posts including this one. I also tried deleting it in this post and re-adding it but that didn’t work either

  Sorry I posted that link goofy. Let me know if it didn’t work for you. I am pretty new to the functioning of this forum and used the “li” which made it show up weird compared to your posts.

  Ok…I just changed the placing of the more tag on another post and it did the same thing – eliminated the read more on the categorical listing of the posting but left it on the primary blog page.
