  Hi my friend who helped me with my wordpress site forwarded a letter from your company from Anne F saying my subscription renewal didn’t go through and sent a link in order to do and assuming to update bank details if they had changed. The page that came up after clicking on the link says I do not have a site and there were no options to renew or update details. I sent an email to Anne F but haven’t yet heard back could you please sort this issue out for me by email. Thank you for your support
