Control of Account – Tricky Question

    Hello,

    I need to regain control over a work-related blog which was created by a colleague who has now left my organisation.

    I can log into the blog but I do not have top-level access to edit the blog (or close it down). It is important that I gain access because it features names and images of staff, plus it can cause reputational damage if we have a poorly-maintained blog.

    I am not in touch with my former colleague but I can legitimately prove that I work in a senior marketing role for the organisation that this blog represents.

    Who do I contact at WordPress to get the administration rights passed over to me?
