Converting a paid account to the free account

  Hi signed up to wordpress business account by mistake and want to change to the free account instead. How do I do this?

  Hi there,

  The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com, and has never bought any upgrades from us.

  For what site did you buy the Business Plan upgrade? You’ll need to be logged into the account that owns that site to request a downgrade.
