That will depend on the site, and what kinds of embeds the site supports.
On WordPress.com we support both Google Drive and Microsoft OneDrive embeds, that would allow you to embed your chart on your site:

But the account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any WordPress.com sites. If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider, please ask at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ for advice instead.
