Converting Pages to Posts (and the Reverse)

I have some pages I need to convert to posts, and some posts I’d like to convert to pages. When I check through the options in the Dashboard, I don’t see a way to do that.
From my research, it appears this can be done using plug-ins, if the blog is self-hosted. [See https://wordpress.org/plugins/ptypeconverter/installation/ for an example] However, this being a wordpress.com account, I can’t install any plug-ins.
Is there a way for me to convert these posts/pages?
If the answer is “no”, then I strongly encourage WorkPress create the ability for the end-user
    Thanks!
P.S. I know I can recreate the posts/pages and then delete. And, even though I can fudge the time-stamps on the creation dates, having to recreate the pages (or posts) will lose comments and link-backs. Being able to convert the content is what it needed.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

There isn’t a way to convert posts to pages (or vice versa) here at WordPress.com, but I’ll certainly pass that suggestion along to our developers! They’ll keep it in mind as a possible feature. :) Thanks!
