  In order for convertkit plugin to work do I need to upgrade?

  To use that plugin here you’d need to upgrade the (empty of any content whatsoever) https://trifectapilates.wordpress.com/ to the WordPress.com Business plan. To use that plugin at the GoDaddy site trifectapilates.com you’d need to ask the plugin designers for advice but I would have thought it should be straight-forward as that site is using the WordPress.org software and isn’t hosted here at WordPress.com.
