Cookie consent banner appears on every page, every time it’s visited, even after accepting

I have free WordPress site. I forward a godaddy domain to it.
The issue: the cookie consent banner keeps appearing on each visit, on every page, even after accepting.
Is there a way to fix that? i.e. the consent banner appears only once, and ideally not on every page of the site, just the homepage.

Not to my knowledge. This issue doesn’t appear for me on other sites.
Same problem occurs on 3 other friends computers/phones.

Ok, please make sure that your browser is up to date: https://browsehappy.com/
If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.
If it is, please do these two things:
1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.
2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.
Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.
