It might not be one of the free blogs that’s running on WordPress.com, but your logo is prominently displayed on the page, and that prompted me to report it to you. See, this is not an official app of Corporation Bank, and this is an infringed copy of the official app. This should not be active. Please take this down.

That site isn’t hosted at WordPress.com. You’ll need to contact the site directly, the hosts, and if necessary the DMCA to file a takedown notice. The advice here https://en.support.wordpress.com/copyright-infringement-what-to-do/ (which applies only to sites hosted by WordPress.com) does suggest that you could make use of the WordPress.com template takedown notice when approaching the DMCA.
