Correction: How to renew old website with no access to email address?

    My husband has an old account that he’d like to access and renew. The email address he used is now closed and he no longer have the password. Therefore, he cannot change the password without access to my old account. Is there any other way to change the email address? Or other solution? Thanks!

    Hi there,

    We can only give someone access to an account if they can provide verification of ownership of that account. For verification we only accept the items mentioned here:

    Recover Your Account

    I see that account used to have a paid upgrade at one point, so if you still have the information about that payment it should be possible to obtain a transaction ID for this verification, but if you’re not able to provide that or any other verification, we won’t be able to give you access to the account.
