  Hi. I’m new to wordpress. Looking at the Forefront template and says cost is $53 – is this a yearly cost, or a one-off cost? Thanks

  At WordPress.com we have free themes as well as paid themes.

  And when you buy any Premium theme here at WordPress.com, it is not yearly cost, once you buy the theme you can use it lifetime on your site.

  There are paid plans here at WordPress.com.
  If you upgrade your site with “Premium” plan which gives you all “Unlimited Premium Themes”
