Cost of personal wordpress website and adding own domain for charity org

  Hi. From what I can understand, a personal account is $35.88 payable annually. That includes a custom domain. I’m confused what this means. Does this mean that there is nothing more to pay if we use our own domain? Or is that an extra cost of $13.00 per year? Thanks.
