Could not load pages and posts

Hey there, I cant open my homepage, any pages or my posts. It says that it failed to connect to the server. Please clarify on what should I do to make it back on. Thank you very much.
The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff).

Yes. For that site sir. Even now I try to open it, and it shows the server to thinnesh.wordpress.com could not be connected.

Im just using it for personal use and never host it anywhere too. Just using the word press platform and website to write and post articles.

That second screen shot almost looks a MicroSoft IIS server error message, which we don’t use.
I wonder if your ISP is doing some shady man-in-the-middle stuff that’s broken at the moment.
Do you have trouble access any sites outside of WordPress.com?
If not, would you please reply with a traceroute and the HTTP headers? We have instructions for that at https://wordpress.com/support/browser-issues/advanced-browser-troubleshooting/
