Could not update Gravatar as the avatar settings are not found in discussion settings

  I could not turn back on the hovercards or change the option to hide/ show my profile picture as the erstwhile Avatar settings are now missing in the Settings –> Discussion settings.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The profile picture can be changed from: https://wordpress.com/me

  Where do you want to hide the image from? Please share more information with us.
