    I mistakenly let my domain – countsprojects.com – expire and I need to reclaim it. Could someone assist me with that?

    Hi there,

    That domain expired on 14 February and has already been removed from our system. It is currently in redemption with our registrar.

    It is still possible for me to recover the domain at this point, but I can only do so at the request of the WordPress.com account that owns the domain, and you did not buy that domain from us using the michaelcounts859c5de52a account that you’re using to post here – this account doesn’t own any sites with us at all.

    Please log out of this account and log back in using the account you’d used to buy that domain, and we can get the process started for you.
