  I am looking for a way to make a coupon code that is 10% off with a max limit discount of $250.

  Any ideas or suggestions?

  You don’t have any sites on WordPress.com, and it sounds like you are working on an ecommerce site/online store. If that’s the case, it would be best to contact the developer of whatever ecommerce plugin you are using directly.
