  At the end of the LinkedIn learning course (below), they offer a 25% discount on upgrading my WordPress site to a premium or business account, but the coupon code (LINKEDIN_5C8B) is not working.

  That particular promotion ended back in 2019. At the moment we do not have any running promotions.
