CPanel Access- PHP Update- Subscriber Email

    I want my website to be as performant and secure as
    possible with the latest version of PHP. For the server
    my WordPress site is hosted on, I want to ensure that
    is the case. If I am not already on the latest version
    of PHP, please let me know what steps I need to take
    to update.

    Also, I need look into why my opt in email subscribers are not receiving an email. Normally i would change the permissions but I need access to my cpanel to do so. If some could help, that would be great.

    It looks like your site is using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but is hosted with another webhost.

    We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us here at WordPress.com. For help with a WordPress site hosted elsewhere you’ll need to ask over at the WordPress.org forums:

    However, questions about cpanel and php are probably better directed at your webhost’s support team.
