cpanel help

    I am overall extremely confused. I was originally working with a web developer, but now I am attempting to do this on my own, however, I cannot seem to find a way to access the website he began to change its look, etc. I try to get into the cPanel, and he doesn’t know the password, so I keep having a new password sent to my email, and when I copy/paste it it doesn’t work. I am basically in a wordpress limbo and would really like to talk on the phone with someone!
