CPanel – Unable to blacklist email address

    Hi Folks

    I would be so greatful if someone could answer this question for me?

    I have a WordPress website and I am unable to blacklist an email address

    In my Cpanel account I have been trying to block a specific email address using my spam filter blacklist tool, but it keeps getting through no matter what I do.

    I’d like to show you a screenshot but there doesn’t seem to be possible on this forum
