CPanel/ Website being down

  Good night, I looked online and it told me that I was to contact my web hosting provider on how to login into CPanel in order for me to update my PHP. Also my website was down for a bit is there a way for me to know what caused it to be down or are you able to tell me what caused it to be down. I look forward to hearing from you.

  Wordpress.com doesn’t use Cpanel nor do you have to update the php-version. As said, you must contact your hosting provider.
