  Hello,

  Our website villa-fleurdesel.com is down, and our developer requested access to the cpanel which I am unable to know how to find.

  Would you be able to give access to the cpanel so we can process with fixing the broken website?

  The site mentioned does not use our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com. Instead, it’s set up on the open source WordPress.org software which is something different.
