Create a checklist which can be edited by readers- ie they can check a box.

I would like to create a checklist which allows my readers to check a box, then once a box is checked it cannot again be selected- in order to make my own customised registry for our wedding without having to go through a specific retailer.

You can use the Polldaddy polling function for this, I believe. It’s built right into the blogs.
