create a sidebar, put in headings, create a 'Read More' button

    I want to create a sidebar on my fixed website page where I can put headings that people can go to when they want to access another page. . Then I want to put headings there. Finally I’d like to put in a ‘Read More’ button at the bottom of the page so that readers can go to a new page on the same topic. As you can tell I am confused about the terminology. Any help would be appreciated, even redirecting me to the appropriate ‘Learning the Fundamentals’ page – which I find confusing!
