Create new blog with same address

  I want a fresh start on my blog and would like to delete site but keep media/content in dashboad without loosing my blog address. When I went to the delete tool, it said to contact support to do this.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  So what, exactly, do you want to delete. Just your posts and pages? I can empty the site, but that will delete everything, your uploaded media included.
