  I am in the process of creating my website, but I can’t seem to get past the checkout page. What do I click?

  Hi there,

  Are you getting an error when you try to complete checkout, or is the page just unresponsive?

  If it’s unresponsive, please try clearing your browser cache and cookies, and make sure JavaScript is enabled in your browser. Then log back in and try again.

  No, I just don’t know what to click. there is no checkout or pay button, it just shows what I owe.

  Does it show the form where you enter your billing information? Once you complete that the checkout button should become active, but it sounds like you’re not even seeing the checkout button?

  Can you please take a screen shot of the page and upload it to your media library at My Site ->Media so I can see it? Make sure to edit the image and black out your personal and payment information first.

  And have you made sure that JavaScript is enabled in your browser? If you’re using Safari, also make sure that it’s not in Reader Mode.

  I figured it out. It was the reader mode. Thank you very much!!!
