Creating a back link

  How do you create back links? In order to link to a site, I must use linky tools to do so but every time I enter my URL, I receive the following error “

  http://www.riggsfamilyblog.com/2009/01/about-abby.html

  The backlink does not exist on the page you’ve linked to above. Your entry cannot be submitted until you have the following backlink on the page you’ve linked to above: http://www.jenniferrizzo.com/

  Could you please paste the code you’re trying to use in a Pastebin over here: http://pastebin.com/ – and then link to the Pastebin so I can take a look?

  For security reasons, WordPress.com strips out certain types of code, so I’d like to see what yours looks like.
