creating a new password is proving very hard

  I am the admin for my own website, which is http://www.millydawson.com.

  I can’t find good log in details to gain access to the back end of the site. WordPress recognizes my username ((email visible only to moderators and staff)). I have asked WordPress 3 or 4 times to send me a link to create a new password, and WordPress tells me to look for an email to allow me to create that new password, but i never get any email that will allow me to create a new password.

  HELP please!
