creating a website with WordPress

    Hi, before I make a business case with my boss for buying a custom domain and creating a WordPress website, I need to be 100% sure that it’s possible to
    1. use the website as a platform where users register and depending on their option we grant them access to different content categories
    2. have different sidebars on different static or category pages
    3. create a registration form based on the content categories we have set. So NOT the typical subscription form where the users just subscribe to notifications about new posts.
    4 (optional) enter manually, or upload users, from an external list.
