creating an admin email for my blog

  • Unknown's avatar

Just wondering if it is possible to create an (email visible only to moderators and staff) email connected to my website?
So when people want to contact the practise it goes to my receptionist and not to my personal email used to manage my site.
    Cheers

    Hi there,

The easiest way to set up an email address like that is to set up Email Forwarding for your domain. That way, emails sent to that address will be forwarded to whomever you like (for example, your receptionist). You can then give out that email address (for example, putting that address on your contact page).

If you just want to make sure that messages are sent to your receptionist, you can also set up a Contact Form on your contact page. When you set up the contact form, you can choose who receives those messages — so you can enter your receptionist’s email address there.

Please let me know if you have any questions about that. :)
