creating an online magazine

  I want to create an online magazine with paid subscribers and am not computer savvy, nor do I have the money to pay a web designer. Is this possible through wordpress?

  It’s possible to have paid subscribers by registration if you hire a web host and set up your own WordPress.org install. See > WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org > http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
