Creating and showing members PDF contact list

    Hi,
I would like guidance for the following please for our golf club website:

There are some password protected pages on the website. I would like to provide each member with a user id and a default password. Their user id can be their email address or their golfing number. After they log in for the first time, I would like them to be forced to change their password. How can I make this happen?

I want to create a list of members names and their phone numbers as a PDF to be stored on a password protected page of the website. This list can be available to members for contact purposes within our club. Members will have to log into the secure area of the website to access the list. I would like to send members a form there they will select a GDPR opt-in, provide their name and phone number. I have used google forms to create similar lists before. It appends the details to the spreadsheet. I would like the members details to be added to an existing list too. I would like the list to be sorted in alphabetical order and to be available as a PDF only on the website for download or opening while in the secure part of the website.

    I appreciate your suggestions here.

    Thanks,
    Karen

  • Hi there,

I do not see any sites under your @kmgunnell WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  Is it the case that you are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
