  Hello there. Im creating traveling blog and wanted to add possibility of having same blog in 2 languages, and I found the plug in to download but I dont have possibility to add it to my blog, since the Plugins tab is gone from the set up panel. Can u please let me know how this could be done. It is imoortant for me. Your help is much appreciated.
