creating look from psd

  Im trying to create a progressive website from a psd (http://www.matthewhotchkiss.com)

  Do you have any tutorials on designing from a psd file or creating something similar to it, maybe a suitable theme? I have already given it a go (http://matthewhotchkiss.wordpress.com) but there is no footer, not the right info around the videos and the header is all wrong in terms of layout. Can you advise please? Im not a coder but happy for you to run through some code amendments to make my wordpress site closer to the design. Thank you.

  Looks like you’re off to a great start! You might want to take advantage of your Custom CSS upgrade to add some CSS that may get your site looking closer to your mockup. Here are some CSS guides that may help you:
