  Hello
  I am using a wordpress site to develop an new site for our church (the old one is tired and a bit dated) I want to share the development site work with other members of the team. Does this mean I have to subscribe to a plan?

  You don’t need to upgrade to add Editors, Authors and Contributors to a WordPress.com site. (It’s best to only have one Admin though).
