Creating numerous category pages on WP

    Say, I’m starting a travel blog and I want different pages/sections, whatever you call it for various categories(leisure traveling, adventure, hitchhiking,etc.) that I’m writing in. I want it so I can segregate all my posts accordingly. How do I create these category pages?
