Creating website with actual domain name I paid for

  I bought the domain name listed above with another provider, but rather than help me set up a website, all they want to do is charge me more than I am able to pay to use the website domain I paid for. Can you help me create an actual website using the domain I bought?

  To use a domain you already own on the wordpress.com platform, you need a paid wordpress.com plan together with Domain Connecting, https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/.
  Or you buy hosting from the company you registered your domain with and install the open source wordpress.org yourself.
