Creativo theme support

    Hi, I am inquiring about our blog theme that we bought last year at this time. I was charged for the blog support renewal this year and I can’t seem to figure out where to cancel this support renewal. I contacted the theme creator, Rocky Themes, and they indicated that the Creativo theme is a one-time purchase that comes with a one year free support, but after one year the support can be canceled. I am wondering where that support renewal can be located on my dashboard?

    There are no paid subscriptions on your account here, so we won’t be able to help with that.
    You’ll probably need to log in directly to the account where you purchased that subscription.

    Alternatively, you can ask the community at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/, someone there may be able to help you out.

    Here, on these forums, we can only help with sites hosted on WordPress.com.
